I have now spent almost 12 years working with , providing services to, learning about, and excited by the world of Lean. To be fair I should also add at times confused, frustrated and disappointed.
Lean is not a product. It is not a tool. It is not a software program. It is not something you can buy. What it is, is a relatively simple methodology.
